The pandemic has caused financial stress on so many of us. BT Camps, School and Synagogue are no exception. We remain committed to providing our families with the flexibility needed in making their Camp payments for next summer.

The first payment was due to be billed to you on the 18th of January (and the 18th of each month). Our new CampMinder system is now ready to facilitate these charges, which will officially be billed to you tomorrow (Thursday January 28th). Moving forward, you will see the charges on the 18th of each month until you are paid-in-full. If you need any additional updates or changes to your payment structure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Although we expect to open for an incredible summer, we will provide our families with the option for a full refund if:

  1. You back out, for any reason, before May 14, 2021, or
  2. If we cannot open at all.

Additionally, if you need financial assistance and need to know how to apply, click the button below.

Interested in helping a child attend BT Camps?

We are one big family at BT Camps. If you would like to donate to our Campership Fund and help provide a wonderful camp experience to other children whose families may be experiencing hardships, please fill in your donation amount when you register on CampMinder.

Thank you for your generosity…it’s a greatly appreciated mitzvah.

young camper programs

KinderCamp offers your child the opportunity to transition to the “big camp” in Reisterstown.

This transitional program is for four-year-olds (potty trained), where they can attend the big-camp (in lieu of Nursery Camp) for a half-day program (Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00am – 1:00pm). They will take the bus to camp, and they will be picked up at BT Camps in Reisterstown. (Note – we do not offer pick up of KinderCampers at Old Court Road).

KinderCampers will enjoy one swim per day, along with sports, arts and much more and will eat lunch at camp before they depart for the day. KinderCampers will participate in carnival but will not yet experience color war or Shabbat song sessions.

Nursery Camp

Young boy swimming in the pool at Nursery Camp; one of the many summer camp programs at BT Camps.

For our youngest campers, Nursery Camp takes place at Beth Tfiloh on Old Court Road and is available for campers age 2, 3 & 4. There is no transportation for this program. Nursery Camp is different than nursery school, with lots of outdoor play, camp specialists, and more. Camp is located at Beth Tfiloh Community School on Old Court Road in Pikesville. The campers use Beth Tfiloh’s state-of-the-art preschool facilities including gymnasium and playground. Campers are placed in small groups separated by age, so programming can be age appropriate. The program includes a structured variety of activities such as physical education, water play with water tables and sprinklers, story time, arts and crafts, singing, nature, and Friday Kabbalat Shabbat.
